Will my embroidery order be done in time for an upcoming event?
Standard processing without Embroidery is 1-3 days. Standard processing with Embroidery is 7-10 Days. We always love to work with you for Special Occasion Gifting. Please email us at hello@fortweekend.com if your event falls outside of that time frame and we will do our best to accommodate your request!
Will a Sold Out Item be Back in Stock?
If a sold out item is coming back in stock, we will always alert our customers via Email and Social Media. Please use the "Notify Me" Button on the product page to be included in the email announcement. And be sure to Follow us on instagram @fortweekend for updates!
If my gift recipient has received the item already, can I return it to you?
Yes. We accept Non-Embroidered Items back within 30 days for a full refund to the original payment. Please email us at hello@fortweekend.com with your Name and Order Number, and we will be happy to help you with the Return Process. If you choose to receive a Return Label from us, the cost will be deducted from your Refund Total. We cannot accept returns on Embroidered Items.
Can the play mat be used on hardwood floors?
Yes! The Play Mat is very well cushioned allowing baby to play or do tummy time on hard surfaces both indoor and outdoor.
How do I wash the play mat?
The play mat can be washed super easily! Machine wash and tumble dry on low, remove promptly.
