We aim to deliver a perfect product, but please look over your items upon delivery for any defective, missing, or incorrect items. Please email email@example.com with any issues.
We will gladly accept all returns for unused items in new condition with all tags attached that arrive back to our headquarters within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to reject a return if we believe the item has been used.

Note: shipping cost of the return label will be deducted from your return total. Free returns are offered via Local Return only. Please email email@example.com to get started with a local return.
Sometimes stuff happens! If for any reason, your sleeping bag needs a manufacturing repair within 6 months of purchase, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Monogrammed Items: Monogrammed items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless there is an error made on our end. Please make sure to double check spelling and font/color options prior to submitting your order.
Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are eligible for store credit only.
Final Sale Items: Items marked “Final Sale" are nonrefundable and cannot be returned.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are nonrefundable and cannot be returned.
Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Gift Returns: We offer gift cards for all gift returns within 30 days of purchase.
Exchanges: If you would like to do a complimentary exchange for your order, please email us at email@example.com, and we would be delighted to assist you. Shipping Fees may be applied.
