If my gift recipient has received the item already, can I return it to you?
Yes. We accept Non-Embroidered Items back within 30 days for a full refund to the original payment. Please email us at hello@fortweekend.com with your Name and Order Number, and we will be happy to help you with the Return Process. If you choose to receive a Return Label from us, the cost will be deducted from your Refund Total. We cannot accept returns on Embroidered Items.
